What if I get less than the minimum gallons for the discount?
Your best deal is always to order enough to cover the minimum of 150 gallons or more.  The next best thing is to get the most you can afford.  Simply order how much you want to spend and we can tailor the delivery to your budget.  For example you save more by spending $275 dollars than $250 dollars.  We have a delivery charge for smaller amounts.  It is not that we make more it is just that we have to cover our delivery costs.  Often our smaller deliveries are still cheaper than the full service.

Why if you say there is no minimum delivery does the discount price not apply for small deliveries?
For the same reason a small bottle of Ketchup costs more per pound than a large one.  ARIBA OIL discounts sometimes a dollar less than the full service companies yet we still need to cover the cost of delivery.  It costs the same for diesel, wear and tear and labor for a small delivery than a large one.  For small deliveries we need to cover the cost of delivery otherwise we could not afford to come out.  We formulate the price to cover our costs.  Simply put if you cannot afford to get the discount rate, the more you get the cheaper it gets.  Get as much as you can afford and you get the best deal for you.

Why is there no set rate for less than the discount rate?
We do not restrict our customers to a minimum amount they have to buy.  We want you to be able to get what you need no matter what your budget.  We have a delivery cost and then add the cost of the oil to it this way you can get any amount you can afford.  ARIBA OIL makes it easy to save and get the most your budget can afford without paying a higher amount.

How Can ARIBA OIL under cut my oil company by so much?
Even though we have been around since 1981 we feel like we are the new kid on the block.  No slick talking salesmen with double talk on saving you money on service.  Why get you hyped up on service worries and sign you up with contracts that make you agree to spend more when we can take care of you 100% and you can save?  The BIG FULL SERVICE OIL Companies like to get you worked up with the idea you are safe with them.  With ARIBA OIL there is no contract, we don't lock our customers in, we keep our customers by providing superior performance and the best price!

What if my furnace or boiler breaks down?
We have a group of highly trained professionals to maintain your boiler at peak efficiency, call us night or day.

What about an annual tune-up?
It is best to call during the summer months so that the serviceman can take his time to properly tune your system and not be concerned with the no heat calls that are always the priority.

Why is there a cash discount price and a regular price?
The cash discount price is discounted to save you more.  Cash and checks are not subject to the Bank Fees that are charged to process Credit and Debit Cards.  It is not that we charge more for a Card it is just that we give an additional discount for cash because we can.  The Government charges extra for paying your taxes by Credit Card by calling it a convenience fee.  With ARIBA OIL you just SAVE MORE by paying cash.
